libghc-ansi-wl-pprint-dev software package provides Wadler/Leijen Pretty Printer for colored ANSI terminal output, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-ansi-wl-pprint-dev
libghc-ansi-wl-pprint-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-ansi-wl-pprint-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-ansi-wl-pprint-dev *
